How soon will I receive my refund?

• Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Missing/Damaged Orders

• If any products arrive damaged, broken, or if any part of your order is missing, please contact our customer care team within 3 business days of delivery. You may be asked to provide pictures.
